How is this measured?
Like the big speed tests: 6 connections at once for 12 seconds each way, between this device and the ONE-KONEK server. The first 2 seconds, while the connections speed up, are not counted; the speed is the average of quarter-second readings without the slowest quarter and the fastest few (a short pause or burst does not decide the result).
Bufferbloat: how much the ping rises while the line is full. A+ up to 5 ms more, A up to 30, B up to 60, C up to 200, D up to 400, F above. A+ and A are best for video calls and online games.
Wi-Fi, the phone and other devices using the line can lower the result. The plan speed is measured at the modem with a cable.
