Privacy Notice

This is the privacy notice of OK ISP SUITE, for ISPs and their staff. Subscribers of an internet provider should read the privacy notice of their provider.

1. Who we are and what this notice covers

ONE-KONEK NETWORK, INC. ("we", "us"), SEC Reg. No. 2025050203259-10, makes and licenses OK ISP SUITE, a management system for internet service providers. This notice explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit the OK ISP SUITE page, book a demo, use the demo site, or buy, use or get support for OK ISP SUITE ("you"). We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its rules, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

It does not cover the subscribers of an ISP that uses OK ISP SUITE. Each ISP decides how its own subscribers' data is used and gives its subscribers its own privacy notice; see section 6.

2. Personal data we collect

• Book a demo: your name, company, position, mobile number, email, city, number of subscribers, preferred demo date, the modules you want to see, and your message. We also keep a one-way code (hash) of your internet address to stop spam; not the address itself.
• Demo site: the demo account you use and what you do on it (pages opened, records you add or change). The demo accounts are shared by all visitors and contain sample data only.
• Customers: the names, positions, emails and mobile numbers of your contact persons, your company details and registrations, your order, licence (licence number, plan, number of subscribers allowed, the code of your installation) and payments, and your support requests and messages.
• Our website: the pages opened, the type of device and browser, and data your browser keeps to remember your settings. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your demo request, contact you, schedule and give the demo (your request; legitimate interest).
• To prepare a quotation, make and deliver the licence, install, train and support you, and bill you (contract).
• To keep our systems secure and prevent spam, fraud and misuse (legitimate interest).
• To comply with tax, accounting and other legal duties (legal obligation).
• To send you news about OK ISP SUITE - only if you agree; you may stop it at any time (consent).

4. Who may see it

Our staff who handle sales, installation, support and billing; companies that help us (email and SMS delivery, hosting and backup) under written agreements and only for our instructions; and government agencies when the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

• Demo requests that do not become a customer: until you ask us to delete them, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact with you.
• Customer records: while you are a customer and after that for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Demo site data: deleted automatically when the demo goes back to its sample data, 2 hours after the last visitor signs out.

6. Your subscribers' data in OK ISP SUITE

When you use OK ISP SUITE, the personal data of your subscribers, applicants and staff is yours: your company is the personal information controller. OK ISP SUITE is installed on your own server or computer, so the data stays with you. The system has no "phone home": the licence is checked on your server and no subscriber data is sent to us.

We see your data only when you allow it for support, installation, migration or (if agreed) hosting. Then we act as your personal information processor: we use the data only to do what you asked, keep it confidential, protect it, do not copy or keep it after the work, and tell you without delay if a breach happens. A data sharing / outsourcing agreement can be signed on request.

OK ISP SUITE gives you the tools to comply (privacy notice and terms pages, consent, data subject requests, retention, audit logs, roles, encryption and backups), but compliance with the Data Privacy Act, NTC and BIR rules for your own business remains your responsibility.

7. How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it; our systems use encrypted connections, strong passwords and 2-step verification; licences are signed so they cannot be forged; and we keep backups. If a personal data breach happens that may harm you, we will notify you and the NPC as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to have your data erased or blocked, to data portability, to file a complaint with the NPC (privacy.gov.ph), and to damages. Contact us using the details below; we will confirm who you are and answer within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.
